If you visited the South Africa page, you by now know that Lenka is enamored with giraffes. So she decided to take one home. Yes, to carry a wooden 5 foot creature carved by the local Zulu woman, called Tuhla.

Here is Tuhla, all in once piece in Sydney! 

By no means can we say we saw Australia. We stayed in Sydney for three days as a layover and decompression time...and to celebrate Geoff's birthday! Unfortunately we were so jetlagged that we ended up sleeping until noon all days, and then watched Mash on TV at 4am, sleepless in Sydney. 

Some interesting art forms... 

As a surprise for Geoff's birthday, Lenka planned a sunset dinner at Sydney's sky tower restaurant. The view along with the evening were fantastic, we had a blast.  

Quick a bit of a background story....

On Geoff's birthday during the day, Lenka got sick with some stomach bug. Being the awesome girlfriend that she is, she encouraged Geoff to go to a local topless beach and "enjoy a bit of a sun" before the dinner...

Few days later, she herself had a chance to admire some nice skin. Being a great boyfriend, Geoff even took pictures.
